Powder Coating

Powder coating is a process of applying electrostatically charged dry powder particles to an earthed part which is then introduced to a heat source. The heat causes the dry powder particles to melt, flow into a film and harden onto the part providing a durable finish.

Fowlers can supply powder coating systems in virtually any colour and in a wide variety of finishes, for example smooth (matt or gloss), texture, metallic, clear, hammer or wrinkle. 

Fowlers have three powder coating plants which provide the flexibility to process a wide variety of work and substantial volumes of parts each day.
